Given the fact the prices don't change during the weekend, can I order on Saturday or Sunday?

It is possible to place an order during the weekend. Most of the time the price of the products will be based upon the weekend price. If the situation changes significantly on Monday and the price is significantly higher in comparison with the weekend price, we hold the right to propose a new quote based on the price of that specific moment. In this case we will contact you on Monday before 10 am.

How can I pay?

You can pay using iDeal or a bank transfer. In case you'd chose to pay with a bank transfer, the money should be wired to our account within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your payment, we'll process your order and ship it as soon as possible.

Is the shipment insured?

Every order, no matter how small, is insured.

Can I also use a foreign bank account?

Yes, if your payment meets all the requirements. The payment should be done from an EEA-country mentioning the International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and the Bank Identifier Code (BIC). The customer and the beneficiary pay their respective transaction costs (SHA). EEA refers to the European Economical Area and consists of all EU-countries, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland.

Do you also buy silver and gold?

We buy silver or gold from customers who originally bought their precious metal from us. Whenever you wish to sell your gold or silver we can try to facilitate the sale. You can also rely on us to find you a buyer. This way you often get a better price for your precious metals than when we buy it from you directly. Depending on the desired amount we agree on a provision. We do not commit ourselves to buying back physical silver and gold products but try to assist our customers to the best of our abilities.

What about VAT?

All prices on our website include VAT. Silver bars are taxed with 21% VAT. Since the 1st of January 2011 the VAT on the import of silver coins is subsumed under the general VAT rate of 21%. Silver coins fall under a margin scheme meaning the VAT is calculated on the gross margin coefficient. According to the governmental guidelines companies using the margin scheme are not allowed to mention the VAT on the invoice. For more information on the topic we kindly refer you the Tax Department. Gold is exempt from VAT.

How do I know the coins and bars are made of pure silver and gold?

We sell coins and bars from LBMA recognised suppliers (London Bullion Market Association). This status guarantees a quality and value recognised by the LBMA. Thanks to the LBA recognition your precious metals are accepted worldwide and easy to trade.
