Before ordering physical silver or gold products in our web shop, please read the following steps carefully. If some questions are left unanswered, please don't hesitate to contact out customer service.
1. You decide which products you'd like to order.
2. U2. To add them to your shopping cart, you first click on the article and then on the button 'Shopping cart'. You now may choose to go back to the website to order other products or to go directly to check out. When you click on 'check out' you can either set up your own personal account or continue without registration. In this case you fill in your coordinates during the ordering process itself. If wanted, you may fill a different delivery address.
3. The shipping costs are calculated automatically and added to your shopping cart.
4. Chose your payment method (iDeal or bank transfer). The delivery time is shortened by 2 or 3 days when choosing iDeal because we receive the money a lot sooner than is the case with a bank transfer. iDEAL is only available for Dutch customers.
5. Read through the general conditions and tick off the statement "I agree with the general conditions".
6. At this stage you can pay for your order using iDeal or a bank transfer.
7. After the payment is done you receive an order confirmation in your mailbox.
8. Before the package is shipped we will sent you an email.
9. Your delivery will be delivered at the mentioned delivery address. The delivery time varies according to the product and order and is mentioned during the ordering process.
Note: for orders over € 10,000 you must send a copy of your ID card. When you order online we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the price.
